We carefully select each of our houses to ensure a warm, spacious home environment. Our houses have ample outdoor space to facilitate on-site activities and are located within communities throughout the North Leinster area.
Our houses support residents to experience life in a homely environment and to engage in activities of daily living typical of those which take place in many homes. The large gardens in each of our houses are used to accommodate projects that engage residents in outdoor activities such as gardening, vegetable growing, caring for small animals and managing poultry.
Facilitating access to the local community for our residents is at the heart of what we do, so the proximity of our houses to local villages is a primary consideration for their selection. We encourage residents to engage with local GAA clubs, athletic clubs, Tidy Towns and other such organisations within their community. Each person has their own strengths and interests, it is our job to understand these and help develop them over time.
As well as providing the right environments and facilities, our support teams in each house will provide the additional supports the residents need to build on their strengths and live a wholesome life.
The selection of our team members will be as carefully considered as our residences; each person will be selected based on their consistency with our company’s core values of: Energy, Kindness, Empowerment, Quality and Happiness.
